In Dubrovnik and Ston area, the tradition of making liqueurs and spirits is long for several centuries. Spirits and liqueurs have been enriched with medicinal herbs, known as a potion for health improvement, and there are also fruit liqueurs, while we also produce a specially-known and appreciated liqueur of rose/ ruzolin. Traditionaly liquors are made
so that the jars are filled with spring fruit, sugar or honey and brandy and put on
Sun. In a few months, the ingredients in the bottle will turn into a thick, sweet liquid. With the famous and popular Ruzolin there are also liquers with carob, sweet/bitter orange and locust liquor. All liqueurs that come the products are naturally cleared and without artificial additives, colors and aromas, making them recognizable and sought after on the market.
